WHY IS DIET SO IMPORTANT

You have probably wondered why after eating a big meal you feel tired or wondered why after drinking caffeine you don’t always feel that “buzz” or maybe you have developed new allergies towards foods you grew up with. These questions are all related to eating habits and most of the time they are from bad habits due to the availability of fast foods in an ever growing social environment.

Seeing the physical changes from eating food is much slower than the feeling you get, for example the instant satisfaction from eating something like a donut will hit your cravings long before they are metabolised into your fat cells.
