Here is everything you need

  • 1 scoop ISO lean Protein
  • 1 cup greek yoghurt
  • 1tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp instant coffee
  • 1/2 tbsp organic honey
  • 1/3 cup granola
  • 1/4 cup bluberries


How to put it together

  1. Place half of the yogurt with Lean Pro, cacao powder, instant coffee and honey in a bowel
  2. Mix all together until you have a smooth consistency.
  3. Place this in a glass jar or bowl, then top with the rest of the yoghurt, granola and blueberries.

Note 1: You do not have to make a layered version but it looks better with multiple colors.

Note 2 : You can use chocolate protein powder as well but raw cacao powder has more antioxidants.

Could there be anything better than a meal that has coffee in it? I think not. Definitely a pre workout type meal.
